These musings & comics are so absolutely beautiful. "Awe is the feeling of being so small I begin to wonder if there's a "me" at all." And such timing! My thoughts have recently been on this subject as well, and my newsletter tomorrow is The Importance of Being Tiny :)

I have read two Substacks in a row today on gratitude. Definitely taking it as a cue to focus on that today. Love this whole concept! Being awed by the seemingly ordinary makes life so much more meaningful. Thank you for sharing this today!

One other aspect of awe--that we are connected to all of it.

Such great poems and awesome thoughts. The sunrise painting everything beautiful is so true. I love the simple way you captured iridescence in your art.

Love this! Reminds me of an article I've just read by Jamie Millard.

How can you not be grateful for this inspiring comic? Thank you!

I think the main "obligation" we have as human beings is to appreciate this life and the possibilities it offers us (including suffering) and to feel grateful in our hearts.

Thanks again @grantsnider for reminding us of this in each of your comics.

Definitely an artists eye with your drawings, and a magical way of explaining each situation.
