Here’s a look inside my latest book of comics, THE ART OF LIVING: REFLECTIONS ON MINDFULNESS AND THE OVEREXAMINED LIFE, published by Abrams Books. Some of my favorite parts of the book are the chapter headers, inspired by a piece I drew called The Attention Manifesto.
